Shipping Terms

Delivery area
We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union. The
countries available to you are shown at checkout.

Production and dispatch
All items are made to order. Nothing is held in stock, which means
delivery takes longer than it would for warehouse goods. Every file is
checked and released before it goes into production.

Delivery times
Orders usually arrive within 6–10 business days of the order being placed. This period covers the release of your file, production and transit. Where a different period applies to an individual product, it is stated with that product.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free of charge to all countries we deliver to, with no
minimum order value. Should shipping costs apply to an individual
order, they are shown at checkout before the order is placed.

Partial deliveries
Partial deliveries are permitted where this is necessary for prompt
fulfilment and reasonable for the customer.

Transport damage
Where goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report
the damage to the carrier as soon as possible and inform us promptly.
Failure to report or to contact us has no effect on your statutory
rights, but it helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier or
the transport insurer.

Deviating information
Where special delivery times or shipping terms apply to individual
products, these are stated with the offer in question.
